Lane shift will be permanent on I-40 in Raleigh
RALEIGH, N.C. (AP) — Some lanes will be closed on Interstate 40 in Raleigh on Sunday as transportation workers make a temporary lane shift permanent. A lane had been temporarily shifted on I-40 West at the Clayton Bypass since September to determine if it improved traffic flow.
