Middlesex County median home prices rise about 4 percent in second quarter 2010
MIDDLESEX COUNTY — The median price for an existing single-family house in the area that includes Middlesex County rose 4.3 percent in the second quarter, a boost helped in part by the now-expired federal homebuyer tax credit, according to the National Association of Realtors.
